JULY 30 // What I See Within: Visual Journaling
A quiet space to create from the inside out. You’ll fill a page or two with image, color, and reflection.
AUGUST 6 // Grow Good: Personal Kindness Trees
Create your own kindness tree filled with words, colors, and reminders you want to grow with.
AUGUST 13 // Sound & Shape: Music-Inspired Drawing
Listen and draw. Let music guide your hand, your rhythm, and your emotional release.
AUGUST 20 // Words I Want to Keep: Visual Affirmations
Design a piece of art around words that ground, empower, or soothe you.
