Free, beginner-friendly movement, meditation, reflection, and community just for Queer and Trans people.

This practice is intended to be a healing space for Queer and Trans people. Please only attend if you are Queer, Trans, or sincerely Questioning.

Schedule

9:30 - 10:30 a.m. // Movement: Fun, challenging, and feel-good movement and breathing. A few mats are available for you to borrow, but please bring your own if you have one.

10:35 - 11:15 a.m. // Meditation: Our meditation practice is quiet, continually returning to ease in the body and ease in the breathing. There is nothing to achieve or attain. You are welcome to practice your Way as long as you help maintain a quiet practice space for the group. It's ok to sit. It's ok to lay down.

11:30 a.m. - noon // Mindful Dialogue, Active Listening, Sharing and Discussion: We’ll practice either a paired or full group mindful listening and speaking exercise. Both are great practices that will improve every relationship in your life that involves communication. After our practice, we'll have time for sharing. Share any questions and reflections and hear what others have to share. It's ok to just listen, too.
